The Freediving for Surfers workshop includes theory on freediving surfing, physiology, respiratory cycle, oceanic resilience and anaerobic training. Dry exercises focus on the respiratory cycle and static apnea. The pool session covers static apnea, high heart rate apnea and wave simulation.
By addressing all of these aspects comprehensively, you will be able to optimize your lung capacity and gain greater confidence in your surf sessions, having more precise control over the duration you can remain underwater in moving water after falling off a wave.
Diana Garcia , the visionary founder of ApneaSoul , is a polymath with a deep connection to the ocean. Originally from Venezuela, her holistic approach integrates freediving, yoga and nature to promote a balanced and harmonious existence.
We provide all the material necessary for the course, although you can choose to use your own equipment. This includes a wetsuit (boots, hood and gloves optional), mask and tube, and a notebook.
Our Surf House Carving Social Club is located just 10 minutes from the beach on the beautiful Cádiz coast. With capacity for 10 people, it has three comfortable and cozy bedrooms. Two of them have bunk beds, perfect for sharing with friends, and one has a comfortable double bed. In addition, you will find two full bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, where you can relax and create memorable moments with other surfers.
Accommodation in our stylish 140 m² chalet on a 510 m² plot includes a swimming pool so you can relax after your surf sessions and a training area so you can keep up the pace during your getaway.
