SUBSCRIPTION POLICY FOR RECURRING PAYMENTS OF THE CARVING SOCIAL CLUB
1 - WHAT IS A RECURRING PAYMENT SUBSCRIPTION?
Based on the fact that recurring payments are automated payments that are made periodically, in our case monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly, a Subscription for Recurring Payments is a consented registration in which you agree to pay a stipulated amount every certain month.
In the case of Group Surf Training Sessions, the amount to be paid is €99/month, for example. This amount will be charged monthly on the day you have paid for the subscription, until you decide to unsubscribe.
2 - HOW DOES IT WORK?
On the page of the service in question, the "single payment" option will appear, for those who want to pay only for a single month, or the "monthly subscription" option, select the one that best suits your needs and click in "add to cart", from there continue with the payment process.
It is advisable to do this operation individually, but if you are going to pay for two or more people, select the "number" of people, and in the "instructions" box that will appear in your shopping cart, add the names of the other people for whom you are paying the subscription.
Once in the shopping cart, make sure that the "number" of people is correct, if it is for a single person it must be in "1", otherwise write "1" and click on "update cart". And directly "Buy!
3 - CONTROL PANEL
You will automatically receive an email from which you can access your Control Panel, where you can Update your data, stop or cancel your subscription at any time.
You will also find on the left of your Control Panel, "charge calendar", where you can see the dates when the next charges will be made. "subscriptions", the current subscription. "billing data", to edit your data and card information. And finally "payment history" where you can see reflected the payments you have already made.
4 - CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel your subscription at any time you want, and you can do it from your control panel as described above, or simply by sending us an Email to info@carvingsocialclub.com.

5 - PAUSE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
From the Carving Social Club, we understand that there may always be a need to pause your subscription, either due to injury or personal reasons, for this reason, we give you the option to pause your subscription and thus skip your next payments for a maximum period of one month. month, simply by contacting us by phone or sending us an email to info@carvingsocialclub.com.
If the pause period would be longer than a month, you will have to cancel your subscription in order to give another student who is on the waiting list the opportunity to start their Specific Physical Preparation for Surfing.
Once your time of injury or personal reason has passed, you can always return to training, we will look for the best time for you again and reactivate your account.
5 - RECOVER A CLASS
In the same way, we understand that due to some minor injury or personal reasons, you have to miss one or two days of your training sessions.
You can recover a maximum of two sessions per month, the same month, and in a different shift than yours (as long as there is space), so if you usually train on Tuesdays and Thursdays, you can recover them on Mondays and Wednesdays. The absences are not cumulative from month to month, except if the absences are the last week of the month.
The only requirement for you to make up your sessions is to give notice of your absence at least 24 hours in advance or with a medical certificate. Otherwise, you will not be able to recover them.
6 - DURATION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION
The subscription to our services does not have a minimum duration in time, you can unsubscribe whenever you want, without permanence. And it will last indefinitely, until you cancel it or ask us to do so.
7 - HOLIDAYS
Training will not be held on local and national holidays, and they are days that cannot be made up.
