Train, improve, and enjoy surfing with a personalized, technical approach from Miguel Rodríguez. These advanced sessions are designed for surfers who want to progress, refine their technique, and gain a deeper understanding of the ocean in El Palmar de Vejer, Cádiz (Andalusia).

About Miguel Rodríguez:

Former competitor and coach with over 15 years of international experience, trainer of Spanish champions. His training methodology on the Cádiz coast combines technical analysis, video analysis, and continuous monitoring to achieve real and measurable improvements in your surfing.

Level and Format in Andalusia:

  • Level: From Intermediate-Basic to Advanced (Focus on technical improvement).
  • Frequency: Penultimate or last weekend of each month.
  • Exclusive group: Maximum 6 students to guarantee the quality of the coaching.
  • Training area: El Palmar and the best peaks in the surrounding area of ​​Cádiz.
  • Duration: 2 hours + time for correction of the video analysis (individual online).

Training Objective:

Enjoy surfing in Andalusia and the process of continuous improvement, regardless of sea conditions or your mood. You'll learn to maintain consistency, motivation, and solid progress in the water thanks to a proven improvement system.

Technical Development Season

We teach these classes from September to May , when the conditions in El Palmar, Cadiz, are optimal for technical training and advanced improvement.

Bonds and Savings:

Optimize your investment with our multi-class packages. Discounts are progressive: the more advanced training sessions you book in Andalusia, the more you save. An 8-class group package is equivalent to receiving one advanced training session completely free.

Operation and Reservations:

Classes in Cádiz are scheduled for the Wednesday or Thursday before the weekend of the activity. Only registered students will know the exact location of the training to ensure the group's privacy.

Booking and payment are done directly here on the website. Vouchers can be used throughout the season in El Palmar and also as partial payment for intensive surf lessons or trips.

Attendance policy: To free up places and maintain the quality of the group in Andalusia, it is necessary to notify at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Technical Training Classes:

Refunds:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: 100% refund
  • Cancellation between 15-30 days in advance: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance: no refund

Water safety:

If sea conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule the class at no extra cost. Your safety is our priority.

Attendance:

The only reason for losing a paid class will be failure to attend or to give at least 24 hours' notice, in order to free up the place for other students.

What is the level of the technical training classes?

Our advanced surfing classes are designed for experienced surfers who want to improve their technique and performance. Migue adapts the exercises to your current level.

How long does each class last?

The classes last 90 minutes: 30 minutes of preparation on land (exercises, strategy and visualization) and 60 minutes of practice in the water with personalized feedback.

What materials do I need?

You must bring your own surfboard and wetsuit. If you don't have them, we can provide the equipment at no extra cost.

How many people are in each class?

We keep groups small to guarantee personalized attention. Maximum 8 people per instructor, ensuring individual feedback.

What happens if the weather is bad or conditions are unsafe?

If sea conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule the lesson at no extra cost. Your safety is our top priority.

Can I use my voucher on different days?

Yes, the vouchers are flexible. You can use your classes whenever you want within the season (September to May), adapting to your availability.

From what age can the class be taken?

We accept participants from 8 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Does it include video analysis?

Yes, all classes include recording and 1:1 online video analysis. You'll receive personalized feedback and exercises to work on at home.
