In the water training we will focus on exercises that will allow you to be more efficient in the sea and enter each surf session with confidence and safety .
You will improve the technique and power of your surf paddling with the help of the SURFATOM , a new and innovative inflatable element that will allow you to paddle in the pool as if you were on your surfboard. You will work your ducks or understand how to make them correctly. You will learn to know your body and your breathing better by working on your apneas, thus overcoming the fear of the dreaded "washing machines". You will gain confidence and security by being in contact with the water, thanks to the various exercises that we do in each session.
In dry training we will involve muscle and multiarticular groups , (unlike conventional bodybuilding training in which muscles are worked in isolation), and above all looking for functionality, that is to say that the transfer is as positive as possible for surfing .
Through our exercises, you will improve all the physical abilities involved in surfing:
You will increase your strength, and therefore your take-off, and your paddling power; You will develop more resistance and thus your swims will last longer and you will make the most of it. You will improve your balance with our exercises on unstable elements. You will gain coordination in all your movements. You'll increase your flexibility with exercises that expand your range of motion, and with surfing-specific stretches.
In our training, we will always look for quality in movement , for this, we will adapt the exercise and progressivity to each person, you will be able to advance at your own pace in line with the group.
All the exercises have a reason and are carefully programmed and tested so that you improve your physical form in a functional way so that you can transfer it to your surfing.
