3. ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES
Carving Social Club provides activities and services related to surfing, surfskate, sports training and coaching, Surf Technique Training, Surf Coaching, Surfcamps, and the sale of certain products related to our activity.
Among other products and services, the website may be used to purchase or request:
- Group and private surf lessons in El Palmar and the surrounding area.
- Surf Technique Training for surfers who meet the level requirements stated for the service.
- Intensive Surf Coaching, delivered in person over one or more days depending on the option booked.
- Online Surf Coaching, a personalised remote service based on videos and information provided by the participant.
- Surfskate lessons and activities.
- Adult Surfcamps, including the Surf Technique Training Surfcamp, which may include accommodation in our El Palmar Surfhouse and other activities according to the conditions of each programme.
- Carving Social Club apparel and merchandise when available.
- Other events, activities, training programmes and experiences related to surfing.
The Surfhouse forms part of certain Surfcamps and may be offered as an optional complement to some services when expressly stated. It is not considered included in an activity or service unless stated in the relevant description or confirmation.
The specific conditions of each service, including dates, times, duration, availability, level requirements, prices, content and cancellation conditions, are those stated on the corresponding page and in the applicable policies at the time of purchase.
4. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE
The user agrees to use the website lawfully, diligently and in accordance with applicable law and these conditions.

Surf lessons, surfskate, Surf Technique Training, Intensive Surf Coaching, Surfcamps and other in-person activities may be affected by factors such as sea state, swell, wind, tide, weather, participant level and safety conditions.
Carving Social Club may change schedules, location, activity order or planning where appropriate for safety reasons or to adapt the activity to the available conditions.
Such changes will not necessarily constitute a substantial alteration of the service where they allow its objectives and essential content to be maintained.
8. ONLINE SURF COACHING AND REMOTE SERVICES
Online Surf Coaching is a personalised remote service which may include, depending on the option booked, video analysis, technical and tactical assessment, recommendations, planning and follow-up.
The customer must provide the information and material required to deliver the service correctly.
Videos, images and other content submitted by the participant will be used to provide the purchased service in accordance with our conditions and Privacy Policy.
Purchasing Online Surf Coaching does not in itself authorise the use of that material for advertising, promotional or public publication purposes.
Conditions relating to the start of the service, cancellation, withdrawal and refunds are set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
9. SURFCAMPS AND SURFHOUSE
Surfcamps are programmes organised for specific dates and may combine accommodation, surf lessons, video analysis, surfskate and other activities depending on the option booked.
When a Surfcamp includes accommodation in the Surfhouse, the dates, duration and included services are those specified in the relevant description.
The Surfhouse may also be offered as an optional complement to certain programmes when expressly stated and subject to availability.
Participants must respect the house rules, facilities, equipment and instructions provided by Carving Social Club during their stay.
10. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS
The specific conditions for cancellations, changes, withdrawal and refunds applicable to lessons, Surf Technique Training, Surf Coaching, Surfcamps and physical products are set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Carving Social Club's commercial conditions apply without prejudice to the statutory rights of consumers and users.
11. PRODUCT SHIPPING
Conditions relating to the shipping of apparel, merchandise and other physical products are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Surfcamps, lessons, Surf Technique Training and Intensive Surf Coaching are in-person services and do not require physical shipping.
Online Surf Coaching is a remote service and also does not require physical shipping. Its content is delivered through the digital media or channels stated in the relevant service.
12. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The content of the website, including text, photographs, videos, logos, designs, graphics, audiovisual elements, programmes, methodologies, training content and other materials, belongs to Carving Social Club or is used with the relevant authorisations.
Its reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication or any other form of exploitation without prior authorisation is prohibited, except where permitted by applicable law.
Trademarks, trade names and logos used on the website are protected by applicable regulations and may not be used without the authorisation of their respective owners.

Participants must follow the instructions of instructors, coaches and activity leaders, comply with safety rules and communicate any relevant circumstance that may affect the safe performance of the activity.
Participants must provide accurate information about their experience and level where this information is needed to assess participation or assign an appropriate session or group.
Specific participation and safety conditions for each activity may additionally be established during the booking process or before the activity begins.
